Electrospinning of the N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) solutions with different mass fraction of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) were studied in this dissertation. The morphologies of the obtained electrospinning samples were observed by the polarization microscope. Furthermore, the surface tension and hydrophobicity of the samples were analyzed. The results showed that mass fraction of PVDF has greater effect on the morphology of the electrospinning sample. When mass fraction of PVDF for the mixed solution was15%, the sample shows microspheric morphology of PVDF; as mass fraction of PVDF was20%, the electrospinning sample displays PVDF fiber connected beads-shaped structure; the bead phenomenon of PVDF fiber becomes more obvious for the mixed solution of25%mass fraction of PVDF; when mass fraction of PVDF reached30%, the fabricated sample exhibits the morphology of PVDF fiber. All the above samples had hydrophobic effect. In order to achieve highly effective adsorption on laser with a wavelength of1064nm emitted by Nd:YAG laser, the inorganic and organic near infrared absorbing dyes were used as the additives of laser stealthy coating and added to the paint. The added inorganic and organic dyes could meet the demand on low reflectivity index. Nevertheless, the organic dye presents an inherent defect that the absorption peak was wider compared to inorganic dye.In addition, metallophthalocyanine/PVDF composite fiber was fabricated via electrospinning technique. The photocatalytic degradation performance of the obtained composite fiber on rhodamine B was studied.
