The rare earth upconversion luminescence materials of sulfur oxide matrix is a useful application potential upconversion materials. This paper briefly introduced the technical characteristics of the high-temperature solidphase synthesis method, gave an overview of the development of the luminescence materials, also light-emitting mechanism and Orthogonal experiment means. Through the High-temperature solid-phase synthesis way, synthesized the sulfur oxides System infrared upconversion luminescence materials Gd2O2S:Er3+,Yb3+,and Gd2O2S:Er3+which all have responsed at980nm,1064nm,1550nm.This thesis gives a research on the effect that Flux types to upconversion lumine-scence performance and phase structure. Through orthogonal experiment means, make-s a study about the best ratio of the raw materials and the effect of primary or sec-ondary relationship of light-emitting properties on the reaction process conditions of t-he amount of raw materials and the temperature, time etc. Adopted X-ray powder di-ffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer (coupled980nm,1064nm,1550nm lasers) or other methods to test and characterize the phase morphology and luminescent pro-perties of sample materials. The results show that:Comparing with LiF, NaF, BaF2, NH4HF2these four fluoride flux,the fluxed effect of BaF2is better than the others. A-nd particles dispersed non-caking. On the other hand, BaF2is capable to help to pro-mote the samples introduction of sulfur. Comparing with carbonate and HBO3, KH2P-O3,(NH4)2HPO3, K2SiF6, the fluxed effect of Li2CO3is better than the others. When responsed at980nm, the emission spectrum of the samples have two main emission peaks.Comparing Fluxed Li2CO3with BaF2, the BaF2fluxed samples at the redpeak a-re stronger, the Li2CO3fluxed samples at the green peaks are stronger. Emission spe-ctrum of the BaF2fluxed samples had higher light emitted intensity when responsed at1064nm. The emission spectrum of the Li2CO3fluxed samples had higher light em-itted intensity when responsed at1550nm. Made by high-temperature solid-phrase of Gd2O2S:Er3+,Yb3+and Gd2O2S:Er3+samples mainly glowed two kinds of light, that is red and green. When responsed at980nm,the best recipe for the samples emitted gr-een light were:Gd0.01O0.01S0.005:Er3+0.0009,Yb3+0.0009, the temperature T=1050℃, the time t=3.5h,m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)=10/3/3,primary and secondary order:n(Yb3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'t-imeâ†'temperatureâ†'n(Er3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2).And the best recipe for e-mitted red of Samples were:Gd0.01O0.01S0.005:Er3+0.0009,Yb+0.001,the temperature T=1150℃,the time t=2.5h,m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)=10/2.8/2.8,primary and secondary order:te- mperatureâ†'n(Yb3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'n(Er3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)â†'time. When re-sponsed at1064nm the best recipe for emitted green of Samples were:Gd0.01O0.01S0.005: Er3+0.0009,Yb3+0.001,the temperature T=1100℃,the time t=3.5h,m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)=10/2.8/2.8, primary and secondary order:temperatureâ†'n(Er3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'timeâ†'n(Yb3+)/n (Gd3+)â†'m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2). And the best recipe for emitted red of Samples wer-e:Gd0.01O0.01S0.005:Er3+0.0007,Yb3+0.0008, the temperature T=1100℃,the time t=3.Oh,m(Gd2-O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)=10/3.4/3.4, primary and secondary order:n(Yb3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'temperatur-eâ†'m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)â†'timeâ†'n(Er3+)/n(Gd3+).When responsed at1550nm the be-st recipe for emitted green and red of Samples were:Gd0.01O0.01S0.005:Er3+0.001,Yb3+0.0009, the temperatureT=1100℃, the time t=2.5h, m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)=10/2.8/2.8, primary and secondary order:m(Gd2O3)/m(S)/m(BaF2)â†'n(Er3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'n(Yb3+)/n(Gd3+)â†'timeâ†'temperaure. Adopted the sulfur powder mixed with raw materials and in room tem perature coo-led and a small amount of moderate (full covered the bottom of the cru-cible) on high-temperature solid-phase processed obtained sample had good luminesce-nt properties.
