BODIPY dyes present good light stability and chemical stability, there are many reseaches on their structure and performance all the time, they have attracted a lot of attention for their applications in fluorescent sensor, biology and chemistry. This paper aims at the synthesis of BODIPY dyes and the organic reaction catalyzed by BODIPY dyes under visible light further. The major aspects could be summarized as follows:1、Synthesizing a series of BODIPY dyes including different substitutes at the meso point, and styrene functionalized BODIPYs. The structures of new synthesized BODIPYs were confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR and MALDI-TOF/TOF MS spectroscopy. The photophysical properties of BODIPYs were characterized by UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and other tools.2、Developing a novel porous heterogeneous photocatalyst via HIPE polymerization of styrylated BODIPY and styrene. Due to the high photo catalytic activity and photostability of BODIPY moieties, the heterogeneous photocatalyst exhibited high photocatalytic efficiency in the oxidation of sulfides and high photostability under visible light. The porous photocatalyst is a ductile material, not brittle, so that it could be recycled.3、The specific functional group of the BODIPY fluorescent dyes and divalent platinum drug bond, under the conditions of hydrogen peroxide oxidation is oxidized to tetravalent platinum drugs. Examine the physical parameters of the dye before and after bonding in the simulated environment in vivo drug release study. Found that the release of the drug released in a slightly acidic environment is greater than the normal pH.
