Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3(short for PZT) piezoelectric ceramics have excellent ferroelectric and piezoelectric performance when it’s component lies nearby the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB),which the value of X is between0.5and0.54.Use superfine PZT ceramics powder can reduce the sintering temperature of PZT ceramics, and cut down the volatilize of PbO. In this article, we use Pb(NO3)2、Zr(NO3)4·3H2O、Ti(C4H10O) as precursor, use KOH as mineralize. The designed reaction temperature is between140℃and200℃and the reaction time is2to4hours, we get some well disperse PZT powder which the value of X is between0.5to0.54,the size of the powder is between0.6u m and1.5μm, and is equality distribution. We discussed the influence of temperaturen reaction time、the concentration of mineralize and the morphology agent on the process hydrothermal and the pace and the micro morphology of the PZT powder. Use molecular simulation software Materials Studio to simulate the molecular structure of PZT. Study the influence factor of the change of the ratio of c/a. We believe the most suitable condition is:the temperature is180℃, reaction time is4h,the the concentration of mineralize is2mol/l.Add CTAB as morphology agent can improve the micro morphology,the shape of the powder become regularization.the specific value of the length to the wide increase.forms square powder.
