Because of the addition of flight training volume, Security becomes the most Important task in the army。 In the structure,fighters get a higher speed, lightweight, so the security of gear become the first barrier to safeguard the whole flying safety.So people must detect the structure of gear strictly,especially the defects in weld.Finding a accurate measurement technology to detect the weld in fighter gear is important for aviation industry in China.In this paper, I use the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology to complete the detection of weld in fighter landing gear.Then sesearch several kinds of detection technology in common used, analyze the theory of ultrasonic detection, combined with the phased array detection theory,I design a concave phased array probe,to improve the detect ability of the whole system.Designing hardware and software of the system,it includes the design of ultrasonic transmitter, acquisition and processing of the echo signal, displaying the result of testing in interactive interface.Phased array focusing module introduces the wavelet transform. the wavelet transform improves the relevant time delay estimation,the method improves the signal to nosie ratio.According to the simulation experiment,contrasting the result between linear phased array probe and concave array probe,all the resule indicates that concave array has superiority in testing,it makes testing error lower,higher stability.The system serves as aguide in landing gear design and improving welding technology in the future.
