In recent years, the rare earth oxysulfide becomes a ideal luminescent material, because of chemical stability and thermal stability. So it gets a lot of application in the field of upconversion luminescence materials. The mainly research of this thesis is the coprecipitation preparation of (Y1-x,Gdx)2O2S:Yb3+,Er3+upconversion luminescence materials. And it study the luminescence properties、the phase structure and the particle size.Compared with the high-temperature solid-phase synthesis way, the coprecipitation preparation way can prepare the sample which have the advantage of the smaller size, more pure phase, lower reaction temperature. Firstly, the thesis studied the coprecipitation preparation process, then, through changing the rare earth ions doped content of the sample, calcination temperature and time, the kinds and content of the flux to confirm the the best luminous intensity in using980nm laser. After a series of experiments, when doping content of (Yb3+,Er3+) is (9%,1%), the luminous intensity is the highest in the all of doping experiments. When the calcination temperature and time is respectively1000degree and2h, the process is the best. When the content of flux is32.5%and the kind of flux is N2CO3, the sample phase is the more pure, at the same time luminous intensity is the higher and the sample emits a dazzling green. Secondly, adding the Gd2O3matrix that can make the sample to be compound substrate, can research the influence of luminescence property for (Y1-x,Gdx)2O2S:Yb3+,Er3+. Doping20%Gd2O3matrix, the luminescence efficiency is highest. Nowadays, comparing with the1550nm laser, the980nm laser had a wide range of research. This thesis will mainly study luminescence property and analyze from rare earth doping content and calcination process under the excitation of1550nm. When the content is (8%,6%). the temperature is1150degree and the time is2h, the luminescence efficiency is highest under the excitation of1550nm laser.
