In this thesis, Y2O3:Tb3+powder was synthesized by urea homogeneous precipitation method. Set powder luminescent performance as a benchmark, research the effecting of the rare earth doping concentration,dispersant and precursor calcination temperature and calcination time on the properties of Y2O3:Tb3+powders; Y2O3:Eu3+was synthesized with oxalic acid as precipitating agent, annealing in1300℃,1350℃with1hour,2hour and3hour, respectively,and test the spectrum,the SEM,the XRD of the powder.The Y2O3:Tb3+powder was sintered to ceramic, study the luminescence performance. The results showed that:Tb3+doping concentration1%was the optimal doping concentration. The optimal heat treatment process of precursor is in the1100℃calcination4hour, after adding dispersant, powder luminescent performance decreased. When Y2O3:Eu3+powder is in homogenizing annealing conditions powder luminescent performance increase twice than which before annealing, when powder annealing at1300℃, need to heat preservation2hour, when powder annealing at1350℃, need to heat preservation1hour, at this time the luminescent performance of Y2O3:Eu3+powder is the best, the granules dispersion was homogeneous and grain size was consistent, annealing does not affect the powder crystal structure. The luminescence performance of ceramic was closely related with the performance of the powder. When the powder is homogeneous and luminescence performance was better, the ceramic had the better luminescence performance correspondingly.
