Abrasive flow machining is a new technique to deburr, polish surfaces and edges by flowing abrasive laden viscoelastic polymer over them. It is widely used to deburr and polish inner surfaces, internal passages or difficult-to-reach surfaces of parts.Research on abrasive flow machine control system is carried out for manufacturing a new advanced abrasive flow machine with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the research of abrasive flow machine technology and other technology involved, the hydraulic system of the machine is designed, and the hydraulic station for the machine is manufactured. A PLC control system for the machine is put forward and completed. Finally, the process of abrasive flow machining can be monitored and controlled on touch screen by the control system.The realization of the PLC control system of the machine would provide technology support for manufacturing a new advanced abrasive flow machine, and have an active influence on the research of abrasive flow machining technology and intelligent control system of the machine. |
