China is the largest rubber consumption country all over the world.On the other hand,the rubber resources are scarce in our country.Producing reclaimed rubber with scrap rbber can relieve the external dependence of rubber resources. Dynamic reclaiming process of high temperature and pressure is generally used in the reclaimed rubber industry at present.However,this method is labor-intensive and energy-extensive.So it is of great importance to find a new progress which is energy-efficient and environment friendly for the sustainable development of Chinese economy.Three different progresses were used to produce reclaimed rubber with ground tire rubber powder(GTRP) in this thesis.The degree of reclaiming and properties of reclaimed rubber were evaluated by measurement of Mooney viscosity.crosslink density,sol fraction and tensile property.The structure of reclaimed rubber and revulcanizate was evaluated by measurement of attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared and Roman spectromete(ATR-FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The main research results as follows:(1)GTRP was mechano-chemically reclaimed by torque rheometer and reclaimed rubber of well reclaiming effect was achieved.With the increase of the content of reclaiming agent and the increase of reclaiming temperature,The reclaiming effect was getting better.Reclaimed rubber exhibited the best properties when the reclaiming temperature was180℃and the content of reclaiming agent A was lphr.The best properties were obtained when choosing swelling agent A as softener.The reclaiming effect of reclaiming agent A was better than reclaiming agent B.(2)GTRP was reclaimed by chemical method with good reclaiming effect.With the increase of reclaiming temperature and reclaiming time,the fracture degree of crosslink network of GTRP increased and the reclaiming effect got better.The best comprehensive properties was achieved when the reclaiming condition was190℃ ×15min.The SEM photograph showed that there were a lot of gel particles on the tensile fracture of revulcanizate when the reclaiming temperature was170℃. It indicated that the reclaiming effect was bad. ATR-FTIR showed that the molecular chain of reclaimed GTRP was broken with time when the reclaiming temperature was190℃. processing agent A could increase the crosslink density of revulcanizate.The reclaimed rubber got the best properties when the content of processing agent A was2phr.The effect of thin-passing and kneading on the properties of reclaimed rubber was the same.With the increase of times of thin-passing and the time of kneading,the properties of revulcanizate were getting worse.Reclaimed rubber obtained pretty good properties when the times of thin-passing was20times and the time of kneading was5min-10min.A certain amount of filler A and filler B would improve the sticky state and increase the properties of reclaimed rubber. The properties of reclaimed rubber decreased slightly when the content of filler C was3phr.(3)Accelerant DM/TMTD showed pretty good reclaiming effect during the reclaiming process by open mill and reclaimed rubber of good properties was achieved. GTRP and swelling agent A were premixed at high temperature,the swelling effect of GTRP was improved.As a result,the dispersion of DM and TMTD got better and the reclaiming effect was improved.The chain of GTRP broke when the mixing temperature was180℃.The reclaimed rubber obtained the best properties when0.3phr S was mixed in reclaimed rubber and the premixing temperature was160℃/170℃,the content of DM and TMTD was0.5phr.
