Design And Development On Mold Level Control System Of Continuous Casting Machine

In modern continous casting production, along with the rapid development of automation technology of continuous casting technology, the reliability and billet is more and more strict quality requirements, and mould casting system level control is an important segment, so the mould level control the accuracy requirement become more and more strict.Therefore, unceasingly thorough research mould level control way improving precision level control, to improve the slab output and quality are important economic and social benefits.Based on the technology analysis of the casting process of1#slab continuous casting machine in Qiangang steel group Co., LTD, the various uncertain factors influencing the mould level are qualitatively analyzed, such as characteristics of the stopper rod, materials of stopper rod and nozzle, cast speed, tunish liquid steel weight, nozzle clogging, and the submerged nozzle cracks. The hardware configuration and control strategies of the mold level control system in1#Continuous Casting Machine are discussed in detail. Furthermore, the limitations of currently adopted PID control strategy are analyzed and pointed out.Due to the existed problems of the mould level control, based on the establishing mould level system model, designed a new type of PID fuzzy control, control of liquid level to stabilize fluctuations in size. This technology which was using composite fuzzy PID control method of adjusting the stopper opening, realize the intelligent control of mould level.The system combines actual process conditions of the steel production line in Qiangang steel group Co., LTD, and the past experience in level control, achieve the function of one key to replace the nozzle instead of replace the Tundish by artificial In this system.Obtained good results, new type of PID fuzzy control technology of the mould level fluctuations is use to1#slab continuous casting machine in Qiangang steel group Co., LTD in the anti-interference ability, so that the process behind casting production line has been significantly improved, reducing failure frequency, slab quality was improved, achieving the expected results and objectives.
