| More than10thousand kind of organic compounds were contained in coal tar, about500ofthem were identified. Up to now, coal tar was the only source of many fused ring compounds andheterocyclic compounds with O N S. Anthracene fraction was switched off within thetemperature range (300~360) when coal tar distillated. The main components of anthraceneoil anthracene pheneanthrenen carbazole were widely used in chemical medicine dyepesticide carbon, etc. It was of important social significance and commercial values to developand research environmentally energy-saving efficient processing technology which had beenone of the important areas concerned in Cokery Industry.Supercritical fluid extraction which was an efficient and clean separation technology get alot of attention in coal tar processing applications field according to the requirement ofenvironment protection, energy saving and high efficiency in-energy chemical.In this paper,supercritical ethanol was used as the solvent to extractmonocomponent of carbazole, simulated anthracene oil and commercial anthracene oil with themethod of constant volume heating up, studying the law and mechanism in supercritical ethanolextraction of carbazole and simulated anthracene oil, exploring a green processing technology ofanthracene oil.The results showed that monocomponent carbazole solubility in Supercritical ethanolreached the maximum0.0257g/mL at2557MPa,the extraction efficiency reached themaximum68%within the condition of27012MPa. Extraction of simulated anthracene oilshowed that solubility of anthracene phenanthrene in supercritical ethanol changed little at therange270~28012~18MPa,the extraction efficiency stabilized on64%~70%. The extractionefficiency of simulated reached the best at the point28015MPa. GC-MS of supercriticalethanol extract anthracene oil showed that Tricyclic organic compounds could be extractedsignificant. |
