Diamond film owns some excellent properties,like super hardness, high wearresistance,low coefficient of friction,we try to deposit nano diamond film on the6Cr13razor blade and YG6razor blade and start a basic research for the application of razor bladecoating diamond film.In this paper,we use radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition(Rf-PECVD) technique assisted hot filament chemical vapour deposition (HFCVD), namely,the Rf-HFCVD, depositing nano diamond film on6Cr13stainless steel razor blade andYG6blade,CH4, H2and Ar as gas source, by changing different parameters to thepreparation of NCD film, mainly study the deposition pressure different CH4/H2flow,whether it has an effect on the influence of the preparation of thin films or not by usingRaman spectroscopy (Raman), composition structure based on the X-ray analysis, scanningelectron microscopy (SEM) observation of thin film on the surface of different shape,Rockwell hardness tester is used to analysize the NCD film loading to NCD film adhesiontest optimization process.The research results show that by Rf-HFCVD method, direct deposit NCD film on6Cr13, Raman peak showed that the stainless steel substrate to generate large amounts ofgraphite amorphous carbon composition, XRD results iron carbon compounds found in thinfilms, as a result,6Cr13NCD film deposited on the substrate experiments have not reachedexpected results. Then on YG6carbide blade coating on the blade material processing, theresults NCD films were successfully deposited, and deposition pressure CH4/H2flow ratioon NCD has great influence on the roughness of the membrane, by Raman detection, sp3content in the film reduced the change after the first increase, and reaches maximum at700Pa5.5%, Using SEM observation indentation, found that only a tiny crack, VDI3198standard shows that the strength of the film base combined well.
