Owing to good drapability, fastness of moisture absorption and liberation, odor resistant, antiseptic, noise elimination, resistance to ultra-violet-radiation, less scratchiness, biodegradability and so on, hemp fiber and its product are paid so much attention today. It also has many natural healthcare functions, such as good bacterial repellency and disinfection, good moisture-absorption and air-permeability, radiation shielding, noise elimination etc.The quality of most presented products of hemp fiber is middle grade or less, which cannot fully demonstrate nature properties of hemp. Although the factors related to length, fineness and strength (breaking) of fiber (or technical fiber), in fact, the most important depends on the effect of degumming.The main contents of this paper include:1. We carry the soft finishing on the hemp fiber by using separately the CWS softening agent of cation, the organosilicon KGS-9068and the twin-amino-silicon of nature changed KGA-9059. Through testing the initial modulus, the micronaire and the reducing volume of fiber, we analyse and get that the softening effect of the CWS softening agent of cation is the best, and the best technological parameter:softener potency4g/L, time45min, temperature35℃, liquor ratio1:10.2. We carry the soft finishing on the hemp fiber by combining atmospheric pressure at room temperature plasma pretreatment with softener process. Through the single-factor experiment we get that on soft finishing of hemp fiber plasma pretreatment have made considerable positive role, and the best technological parameter:plate margin8mm, time10S, power110W.3. We carry the soft finishing on the hemp fiber by combining ultrasonic treatment with softener process. Through the orthogonal experiment we inquire into the best technological parameter of ultrasonic treatment. By analyzing we get that on soft finishing of hemp fiber ultrasonic treatment have made positive role to a certain degree, and the best technological parameter:frequency33kHz, power300W, temperature50℃, time30min.4. We carry the soft finishing on the hemp fiber by reducing the dosage of softening, separately under the best technological parameter of plasma pretreatment and ultrasonic treatment. Through testing and analyzing, compared with the results achieved by softener finishing, we can reduce the dosage of softening and achieve good results by using plasma pretreatment and ultrasonic treatment.
