Alignment machine of Submarine pipeline is a kind of special tools used for submarinepipeline repair, installation, it was able to align two root offset pipe, meet certain coaxialdegree, in order to install mechanical joints, it has an important role in the maintenance ofsubsea pipeline.This paper introduces working principle about Alignment machine of Submarine pipelineat home and abroad for the land pipelines repair, according to the Marine workingenvironment, design a set of Alignment machine of submarine pipeline use for submarinepipeline, completed the overall structural design of machines, include a loading device, thelifting support system, the slide locking apparatus, etc; Describes the working principle of themachine in detail, and illustrate the process about the alignment and repair.Completed key technology research about Alignment machine of Submarine pipeline,including screw nut of loading device design, and stability analysis of the load screw, tocalculate the minimum critical load of screw; Describes the working principle of the camlocking device, completed the cam locking device for the detailed design, finally we concludethat Cam can realize self-locking; We also analyze the strength of key parts of the equipmentby ANSYS software.According to the specific requirements of the project, we made a vibration fatigue testuse repaired pipe sample by8inches diameter mechanical joint, check the anti-fatiguecapability of repaired pipeline sample, finished the whole structure design of the test bed,illustrates the test bed building process in detail; We also calculate the natural frequency ofspecimen by theoretical calculation method to avoid the resonance phenomenon in the test.Complete fatigue test parameter calculation and installation size selection, including thedetermination of the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude, using finite elementanalysis software to test specimen for transient dynamics analysis, to determine a reasonableinitial vibrational state of test pieces; We conducted a static strength and fatigue strength forthe small bolt in connection fixture; We also analyze the strength of the connection fixture andvibration fixture by ANSYS software, to ensure that the design of fixture meet the strengthrequirement; Finally, we do the vibration test for8inches diameter mechanical joint, we determine that the test bench can meet the test requirements.
