With the low temperature solar selective absorption coating technology has become moremature.In order to make good use of solar energy,the high-temperature solar spectrallyselective absorbing coating technology has gradually become a hot topic.This paper describesthe backgraound,knowledge,the practical theory,preparation methods as well as the grogressand results of solar energy absorbing coating no matter at home and abroad. This paper alsoanalyzes the key constraints of the restriction of solar absorbing coasting factors based on thelearned knowledge,such as the layer structure,materials,the ratio of metal occupied inabsorbing coating,coating thicknee,etc.This topic based on Al-TiO2,the auth use the computer to simulate the different Alcontent of the double-layered structure in metal-ceramic,through the optimization of thethickness of the coating reflects the overall characteristics of the coating.The TFC softwareoptimized the anti-layer structure with less selective absorption coating thickness.The coatingof Al-TiO2/AlN optimized absorption rate,it can reach more than90%,and the emission ratecan be less than0.1%.Becuse of the high absorption rate and low emissivity coating andsimple process of the selective absorption coating,therefore,it has a broad applicationprospect.The innovations of this subject are as followed:1. Although the combination materials like Al-TiO2is reported relatively little,thetheory of computer simulation proves the great research value as a selective absorptioncoating.2. This subject based on the simulation of metal volume fraction and thickness bycomputer,which provides a large number of theoretical basis for subsequent experiments.3. This paper suggests to use arcion plating method to make coating,though it hasreported little no matter at home or abroad,based on the preparation methd has manyadventages,it is worth trying and used in the production experiment.
