In the process of catalytic cracking, a large number of catalyst particles constantly collision with many components of catalytic cracking unit, it caused the wear of components and lead to unplanned outage, for the oil companies were incalculable economic losses, so the research that process of catalyst particles impact component wall was necessary. In this paper, according to the result of numerical simulation, the best parameters of the equipment operation was summed up, the technical measures to control and reduce the wear of component wall was proposed, and the theoretical basis and technical which support for long-term operation of catalytic cracking unit was provided. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the catalyst particles collide with the wall components, the basic theory of research that particle impact wall at home and abroad was introduced, according to the catalyst particles and component of wall material properties, the right material destruction of the wear model was choosed. For a single particle impact research, finite element models of a single catalyst particle impact component wall was established, the method of parameter analysis was adopted, the catalyst particle parameters (impact speed, angle of impact, the impact number, diameter) which affect the wear of component wall was researched, the relationship between the mass loss of component wall and the above parameters was built. According to the research of the single particle impact wall, the process of particle flows impact wall was researched, for the collide with each other of the impact process, the method of finite element coupling discrete element was put forward, the finite element-discrete element coupling model was built, the method of parameter analysis was adopted, catalyst particles parameters (incidence rate, incidence angles, particle number, diameter) which affect the wear of component wall was researched, the relationship between the mass loss of component wall and the above parameters was built.Through the research process of catalyst particles impact component wall, it was good for mastering the rule of wear, and providing the reference data for design of catalytic cracking unit.
