With today’s constantly evolving social and economic progress, environmental problemsare more severe. It is because people’s awareness of environmental protection is not strong, resulting in large amounts of untreated sewage, irrigation return water and industrialwastewater is discharged directly into the to natural water bodies, far beyond the environmentcan withstand handling capacity since, resulting in rivers, lakes and seas polluted a large area, making the already very scarce water contamination, water quality deterioration in one step.Nitrogen salts are water body eutrophication is one of the important nutrients. Ammonianitrogen, organic nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, ammonia can be reflected in avariety of forms of water pollution by nitrogen compounds, they go through a variety ofchemical reactions in the water may eventually transformed into ammonia. Study abroad thereare many reports of ammonia nitrogen, we use different pre-treatment techniques to exploreammonia water research. In chapter, we report water sample pre-treatment techniques improved, usingself-developed miniature microwave quick distillation apparatus, according to the traditionaldistillation experiments deficiencies to be improved in order to apply to environmentalemergency and sampling personnel lightweight, simple and fast micro-distillation apparatus, using microwave heat treatment in a few minutes the sample completely and prevent distillatesuck. Used in the microwave using lithium batteries or solar power, with temperatureprogramming, timing functions. The device is environmentally friendly energy, the provincialhuman resources province, but save time.In chapter, nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry chromogenic reaction of ammonia toxicinterferences during the main effects of interference phenomena are produced by interferencecolor and turbidity, which is the solution of inorganic ions and organic compounds. Therefore,in order to remove these interferences inorganic ions is added masking agent; remove organiccompounds present experimental design a unique first undergo pre-treatment techniquesextract links, by extraction of the organic interfering substances must be removed, and thendistilled. The pre-treatment method has a good effect to eliminate interferences, determinationof the concentration of water samples is more accurate. This article also uses automatic continuous extraction device pretreatment of watersamples. The traditional means of extraction funnel, shake vigorously by laboratory personnelto manually extract sufficiently, this method is very time-consuming and labor-intensive, theextraction range of number of samples, when compared the experimental pain; therefore usedin this experiment made innovative automatic hungry continuous extraction device used forextraction blowing way, characterized by having to manually shock, simply click on theswitch button, add liquid and control pumps, etc., can be controlled through a digital tabletvarious parameters, and may need to select two, three level, or four or more extraction. Thebest method of extraction efficiency, feasibility verified by experiments.
