Cleaning technology of pulse jet bag filter affects running resistance and the life of filter bags. The current study is mainly to analyze the pulse jet airflow under the design operating conditions, such as supply pressure. In the actual operation of the bag filter, the air bag capacity, injection pipe, the nozzle arrangement, the pulse valve air supply method, and during the operation of the air supply pressure adjustment will result in the actual operating conditions of the injection airflow and the design conditions are quite different.Under certain injection conditions of different pulse width, air bag pressure, air bag capacity, the size of the pulse valve, get the pulse jet pressure variation. Analysis reveals that the variation of time and airbag air consumption of the gas pulse.Using the CFD numerical simulation established an airflow distribution model in injection pipe of pulse-jet bag filter.The model contains structural parameters and operating parameters.These parameters include the injection pressure, the number of nozzle, nozzle diameter, nozzle length, pulse time and nozzle spacing. Orthogonal test showed that these parameters had different levels of the effects on pulse jet average airflow, airflow uniformity, injection angle, and got its equation for σ calculations.And focus on the different air supply pressure conditions the structural parameters and operating parameters of the injection system on the airflow uniform scale under the pressure of the revised uniform injection pipe, in the change of injection pressure changes. When the filter air flow increases, the injection pressure changes, obtained nozzle correction uniform injection pipe in the conditions of0.30MPa design injection pressure can meet the requirements of uniform injection.Filter bags with venturi pipe can convergence airflow and increase the resistance of the device. Research and analysis on filter bags with installing venturi pipe using numerical simulation analysis method。 Including whether the venturi pipe, its lift height and nozzle away from a board of the filter bags and the injection pressure of the cleaning effect of venturi pipe and the cleaning effect of the filter bags length of the injection impact pulse cleaning。...
