It is very significant that use microbe to degradate the lignite, which changes the lignite to become cleaner fuel, some chemical raw materials or chemicals which has a special value.The main content of this paper includes some aspects. Paenibacillus polymyxa were domesticated and its ability of conversion lignite was test. And in orthogonal experiment analysis the factors of Paenibacillus polymyxa degradation of lignite, granularity, coal slurry concentration,broth dosage and degradation time,to study the impact of the this factors on the rate of microorganism degradation of lignite. Then the three pretreatment methods of lignite are compared to observe the effect of the three pretreatment. Afterwards,the study of using two kinds of hybrid bacteria on lignite.The results show that after domesticated Paenibacillus polymyxa has a role in the degradation of lignite. And in the orthogonal test,four factors affect the size of the lignite microbial degradation rate:coal granularity> broth dosage> degradation time> coal slurry concentration and under test conditions optimal level of various factors:coal granularity-0.25mm、broth dosage15ml/100ml、degradation time15d、coal slurry concentration2.0g/100ml. In addition, in the three pretreatment methods,the best results is HNO3pretreatment, H2O2followed,worst ultrasonic pretreatment. At last, the effect of using two kinds of mixed bacteria effect on lignite relative to each strains isolated from lignite is increased.Study on the three kinds of pretreatment lignite and the original lignite by using the X-ray diffraction (XRD). And research the original lignite and residue of lignite degradation, lignite degradation products by using XRD. By the test results, there is no too big effect at nitric acid pretreatment and hydrogen peroxide pretreatment of lignite in the crystallinity. However, the ultrasonic pretreatment of lignite can cause the great changes in the crystallinity. In addition, the structural parameters of the lignite degradation residue and the product compared with the original lignite have dfferent degrees of change which mainly because of the aromatic hydrocarbons in the lignite are degradated.Study on the original lignite, lignite degradation residue and product by using infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). According to the results, there are obvious difference between the FTIR spectra of ultrasonic pretreatment of lignite after degradation bacteria residue and the FTIR spectra of other residue after the pretreatment of the degradation. Then concluded that ultrasonic treatment can cause changes in hydrogen bonding of lignite. At last, the FTIR of lignite degradation products chromatogram peak shape narrow and weak than the original lignite peak shape. Judged aromatic polymers in the lignite degradated make its peak deformation weaker. In addition, the strains used also have a role in the degradation of S in lignite.
