Water bursting in mines affect the safety of coal mine production seriously, more than half of the coal mine in China are threaten by the pressure-bearing karst water in the coal floor. The area of water disaster and severity ranking the first of the world’s major coal-producing country. The study on the parameters of grouting reconstruction have great significance to control floor water inrush more effective and save cost.Base on the collected data of Hengyuan Coal Mine,Wugou Coal Mine and Liuqiao NO.1Coal Mine.Identified the characteristics of mass structure of the three mines and the water source of the effluent as well as the water yield,and provides a theoretical basis for the grouting.This paper is based on the study of grouting parameters optimization to the working face II6112of Anhui Hengyuan Coal Mine, combine with the characteristic of coal mine seam floor of Liuqiao NO.1Coal Mine and Wugou Coal Mine, setting experimental scheme on grout formula. According to the characteristics of karst development of coal mine seam floor, situation of site grouting as well as control the grouting costs, analyse the technical indexes of grouting, such as the specific gravity, viscosity, bleeding ratio, stone rate, compressive strength, setting time to determine the optimal proportion of cement-clay slurry. At the same time, set the same proportion of cement-expansive soil slurry as a control, and then analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the two slurries.Establish a numerical model to anslyse the diffusion behavior and diffusion range of different proportions of the slurry in condition of different pressure and porosity, and then provide a theoretical basis for the on-site grouting.Select a working face from each Anhui Hengyuan Coal Mine and Wugou Coal Mime,which grouting were completed. Compare with the water-rich area before and after grouting, then analyse the development of karst of coal floor and evaluate the effect of grouting. Figure [66] Table [31] Reference [55]...
