Return Air Dark Vertical Shaft Construction Technology And Its Support In The Coalmine

In China, increasing demand for energy, and coal resources are constantly reduced. This has resulted in the need to go deeper mining,and the depths of the coal seam has to pressure large, complex geological conditions, etc. In order to more economical, safe construction and reduce casualties must develop more effective and safe construction methods. Wellbore excavation and mining in complex geological conditions, has a significant impact on the stability of the shaft wall rock. Therefore, from the point of view of the coal seam excavation angle and shaft excavation to study the vertical shaft stability has great practical significance.By the Xieqiao mine return air dark vertical shaft of this project examples this paper studies the anti-drilling method construction process.Combined with the actual working conditions,we should anti-drilling in-depth in order to judge its advantages and disadvantages. By the FLAC3D, With two cases of the supporting Shaft and without supporting the Shaft, analog two stages in the shaft excavation and coal seam extraction,and can get the relationship of the stress-strain. The calculation shows that the shaft with the return airway connections and intermediate weak layer prone to stress concentration.The vertical shaft deformation largest site is the upper interface. The steel tube supporting shaft deformation is much less than the no-steel tube supporting shaft. And the calculated results with the actual situation of the mine Xieqiao is basically consistent that has a certain reference value with the dark shaft construction of small diameter.
