As renewable resources, industrial lignin mainly comes from black liquor of papermaking. Liquefying lignin to produce fuel oil is the effective way to use lignin.This experiment discusses light fractions after liquefaction reforming reaction mechanism and model compounds hydrodeoxygenation, based on the research of distribution law of highly liquefied lignin’s product. The experimental results show that:1. Choose different catalyst and solvent to optimize process conditions of lignin liquefaction:at the best process conditions:tetralin30ml, catalyst HZSM-5(Si/Al=150)0.9g,280℃,60min and3MPa initial hydrogen pressure, stirring rate800rpm, total conversion rate of lignin liquefaction is70.11%, yield of light fraction is55.73%. Light fraction is composed of benzene and substituted phenols by the GC-MS analysis of liquefaction products.2. Among the lignin liquefaction products, choose ethylbenzene as model compound for side chain alkyl removal from benzene ring, under the conditions:20ml ethylbenzene,20ml tetralin,1.0g catalyst ZSM-5(150),1MPa initial hydrogen pressure,400rpm stirring rate, reaction time2.0h,550℃, ethyl benzene conversion rate is65.33%, yield of benzene is50.99%, selectivity is78.05%. The main products are benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, biphenyl by the GC-MS analysis.3. Lignin in liquefied product, the benzene ring oxygen-containing groups removal with adjacent methoxy phenol as model compound, the adjacent methoxy phenol20ml,5wt%of the Pd/C catalyst0.040grams,0.5wt%40ml phosphate, the initial hydrogen pressure of5mpa,1h reaction time, reaction temperature225℃, the stirring speed400RPM. In this condition, the methoxy phenol97.86%conversion rate, selectivity of methanol was9.82%, aromatics selectivity was77.29%, oxygen product selectivity of3.57%. Products by GC-MS analysis of the major containing cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol, adjacent methoxy cyclohexanol, etc. analysis.4. Liquefaction of lignin by regulating the preparation of catalytic reforming target product, the product through the GC-MS analysis:the target product is main methanol, cyclohexane, benzene, toluene, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol, etc. Can be directly used as fuel oil in the material.
