In the paper, chitosan on bentonite, montmorillonite, diatomaceous earth, kaolin modified by ion adsorption, surface adsorption achieved. The effect of adsorption properties on amount of chitosan modified soil, the pH value of the medium, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, dye concentration were studied by adopting control variable method. Best adsorption conditions of the chitosan modified soil of simulated dye wastewater solution was finally obtained. This paper contains the following sections:1. Preparation and characterization of the chitosan modified bentonite, and the adsorption performance on activity classes and direct class wastewater was studied. Effect of chitosan and bentonite mass ratio, the volume fraction of acetate on preparation, and effect of temperature, time, pH of the medium, the amount of the modified soil and the concentration of dye on adsorption were discussed. The experimental results showed that:Adsorption effect of chitosan modified soil which preparated Under the condition that adsorption of direct dyes chitosan and bentonite quality ratio is1:115and acetate volume fraction is1%was the best. Adsorption direct class dye optimal conditions:the chitosan modified bentonite quality is0.8g, reaction temperature is25℃, reaction time is80min, dye concentration of60mg/L, and pH of dye is7.2. Preparation of chitosan modified kaolin, and the adsorption performance on activity classes and direct dyes waste water was syudied. Effect of dsorption on the temperature, time, pH of medium, the amount of the modified soil and the concentration of dye were discussed. The experimental results showed that:Optimum adsorption conditions:the quality of chitosan modified kaolin on direct class of dyes was0.6g, the reaction temperature was35℃, the reaction time of50min dye, pH=11, the dye concentration of60mg/L3. Preparation of chitosan modified diatomite, and the adsorption performance on activity classes and direct dyes waste water was syudied. Effect of dsorption on the temperature, time, pH of medium, the amount of the modified soil and the concentration of dye were discussed. The experimental results showed that:Optimum adsorption conditions:the quality of chitosan modified diatomite on reactive dyes was0.04g, the reaction temperature was40℃, the reaction time was80min, dye concentration was80mg/L and pH=3-4.4. Preparation of chitosan modified montmorillonite, and the adsorption performance on activity classes and direct dyes waste water was syudied. Effect of dsorption on the temperature, time, pH of medium, the amount of the modified soil and the concentration of dye were discussed. The experimental results showed that:Optimum adsorption conditions:the quality of chitosan modified montmorillonite on reactive dyes is0.07g, The reaction temperature was25℃, the reaction time is105min, pH=4and the concentration of dye is100mg/L.Studies have shown that:Assay are in line with the Arrhenius model, preparation of modified soil and adsorption success was confirmed by the analysis results of XRD.
