Effects Of Weathered Coal Activated By Ultrasonic On Speciations Of Cu And Zn And Enzyme Activity In Soil

Copper and Zinc are two kinds of necessary trace nutrient elements for plantdevelopment, but excessive amounts of copper and zinc can cause soil pollution. The use ofimprover is one kind of good way to control soil of heavy metal poisoning. Recently, there aremore and more researches about using weathering coal to control heavy metal pollution, nowit even has been the hot point of research. The soil culture experiment was conducted toinvestigate the effects of weathering coal on speciations of Cu and Zn and soil enzymeactivity (urease, catalase). Main research results are as follows:(1) Conclusion about the effects of weathering coal on speciation of Cu and Zn: afteradding ultrasonic activation weathering coal20,40,60,80g/kg, the contents of acidexchangeable, reducible, oxidizable of copper and zinc in the soil are significantly reduced,the contents of residual speciation of Cu and Zn are increased. The mobilities and biotoxicitiyof Cu、Zn in the soil are reduced. Adding ultrasonic activation weathering coal is better toreduce the contents of acid exchangeable, reducible, oxidizable speciation and increase theresidual speciation of Cu and Zn than the same concentration of nonactivated weathering coal.(2)Conclusion about the effects of Cu ang Zn on soil urease activity under presence ofweathering coal: after adding ultrasonic activation weathering coal20,40,60,80g/kg, the soilurease activities under the pollution of Cu and Zn are increased significantly. Addingultrasonic activation weathering coal is better to increase the soil urease activities than thesame concentration of nonactivated weathering coal.(3) Conclusion about the effects of Cu ang Zn on soil catalase activity under presence ofweathering coal: after adding ultrasonic activation weathering coal20,40,60,80g/kg, the soilcatalase activities under the pollution of Cu and Zn are increased significantly.Addingultrasonic activation weathering coal is better to increase the soil catalase activities than thesame concentration of nonactivated weathering coal.
