In the process of cement grinding, ball mill is an important link, is responsible for wet ordry grinding of cement clinker and silicate. Ball mill has strong adaptability, good crushingeffect, simple structure, convenient maintenance, which is widely used in the process ofproduction and other fields. At the same time, the ball mill is a kind of high energyconsumption, low efficiency of equipment. The key to reduce the cost of grinding system ishow to effectively improve the output of ball mill, in fact is to ensure that the operator canalways master the ball mill materials and supplies load. This paper summarizes the basicprinciple of sound of mill load measurement, and has carried on the analysis and summary ofthe flow and the hardware framework.The spectrum of mill sound signal can correctly reflect the mill conditions, through theinvestigation shows, the internal structure of the mill and the environment influence,determine the grinding sound collected signals can’t be pure, which contains a large numberof interference signals, if the direct use of the voice signal directly grinding mill loadmeasurement, will lead to inaccurate detection results. You need to collect the grinding soundsignal and filter it.This paper introduces the classification and design method of digital filter. According tothe spectral characteristics of mill noise and interference signal, I design the FIR filter and theIIR filter, in order to carry out processing of grinding sound signal to the original. Thesimulation results show, two kinds of filter can effectively suppress interference signal ingrinding, filtering effect is obvious. Finally a comparison of two kinds of digital filter wasgiven, and their applicable conditions were determined.In order to obtain better filtering effect, this paper introduces genetic algorithm andneural network algorithm. And the design were introduced two kinds of filter, parameteroptimization of filter. Through the simulation, the optimized filter has better performance thanthe traditional design method of filter.
