Improving the stability of press and further reduce failure possibility caused by mechanical resonance phenomenon, is particularly necessary for the loading test of press. Regarding impression cylinder as the research object, appling to transfer coefficient method to analysis the law of torque power transmission in the process of power transferation; designing the torque test platform whose height is adjustable, implementing impression cylinder of torque test, combining auto-regression model analysis and wavelet to calculate the torque data and to extract the natural frequency of torsional vibration of impression cylinder; extracting the bending vibration modal parameters of impression cylinder by using experimental modal testing method; establishing dynamic model of impression cylinder, taking bending vibration into account, establishing bending-torsional Coupled Vibration Model, appling sensitivity analysis to get an effective optimization method The study results can provide theoretical guidance for the shock absorption and structure optimization of press drive system. The researches work of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:(1) Establish the dynamics model of impression cylinder, study the torque transfer rules of impression cylinder, rotational inertia is solved based on virtual simulation, at the same time,we can get the corresponding modal parameters of bending vibration and torsional vibration.(2) Design the torque test platform whose height is adjustable. In order to conform to different press,we design height-adjustable torque test platform.We simplify model to process, assembly and load testing for impression cylinder of press.(3) Program data processing interface based on based on wavelet denoising and AR modeling, extract vibration natural frequency of impression cylinder by using Fourier analysis to provide the data foundation for the later optimization. (4) Study the affection of bending of impression cylinder to torsional vibration,and establish bending-torsional Coupled Vibration Model, apply sensitivity analysis to get an effective optimization method.
