According to the characteristics of the geology and development of Jingbian oilfield, thispaper focus on the key problem of water flooding in Jingbian oilfield and carired on theresearch of deep proifle control and flooding technology. This paper developed a goodperformance on a weak gel deep profile control agent which is a new technology of thetertiary oil recovery. It provided a scientific theoretical basis for the Jingbian oilfield deepproifle control and oil displacement.According to the characteristics of the low temperature and high mineralization inJingbian oilifeld, types of polymers, molecular weight and degree of hydrolysis werescreened in the paper. Specifically speaking,1180B polymer was selected as the main agentof deep profile control and flooding in Jingbian oilfield by a series of evaluation, such aspolymer solubility, salt resistance, shear resistance and preliminary cross linkingperformance.Through the indoor expeirments, this paper selected the suitable formula for deep profilecontrol system in Jingbian oilifeld: the concentration of polymer1180B was1200mg/L, theconcentration of organic zirconium cross-linker was1OOOmg/L, and the stabilizer was800mg/L. Expeirmental studies showed that the speed of cross linking and the intensity ofin-depth proifle controlling agents can be controlled. In fact, the weak gel can be formedfinely within the temperature range of30°C?50°C, pH range of5~9. This deep profilecontrol agent had a good salt resistance, shear resistance, long-term heat stability and a goodadaptability with the water that stayed in the formation.The core flow expeirment showed that this deep profile control agent had a goodinjection performance, underground gelling properties, plugging performance, erosionresistance performance, and the improved profile performance. Experiments were alsoconducted construction process based on a partial parameter optimization, the final optimumprocess parameters were preliminarily determined: Once the proifle control timing for thewater saturation satisfying70%-80%, the amount of the deep proifle control that will beinjected0.6PV. Through the evaluation of core flow expeirment, it provided a scientific basis for the weak gel deep proifle control agent in the ifeld application.
