TiO2has strong photocatalytic activity, good chemical stability, low price, non-toxic and no secondary pollution, It is recognized as one of the best green photocatalytic materi-als. But because TiO2also have some shortcomings, such as Low utilization rate of solar energy, low photocatalytic efficiency, and its powder is easy to assemble and difficult to recycle, so it limits its popularization and application.There are many scholars of domestic and foreign have done a lot of research about its modification and load in recent years, and it has achieved good results. However, it still exists many problems. Such as when TiO2loaded the fabric, TiO2would damage the fabric for lack of selectivity of photocatal-ytic oxidation.In order to protect the fabric from damage caused by TiO2photocatalysis, we used SiO2aerogel as barrier layer loaded on the fabric first, and then loaded TiO2. While we used the advantages of SiO2of good chemical stability to keep the fabric from damage, and used the advantages of SiO2aerogel of large surface area and strong adsorption, to improve photocatalytic degradation performance, and achieved good self-cleaning properties, at the same time achieved excellent UV resistance. The main research contents and conclu-sions are as follows:(1) Low-Temperature Preparation in Different Solvents and Photocatalytic Performance of Visible Light of C、N Co-doped Nanosized TiO2:C、N co-doped nanosized TiO2were successfully prepared with titanium tetrachloride, glucose and urea by180℃in alcohol and water as solvent respectively. The influence rules of the crystal structure, band structure and grain size of the sampers prepared by dif-ferent solvents were studied;the photocatalytic activity of the modified TiO2in the visible light were discussed and compared.It was found that the grain size of the sampers were small and there were below10nm. All of the sampers were mesoporous materials and there had lager specific surface area, and which the samples prepared by ethanol were more lager. The photocatalytic performance of C/N-TiO2under visible light were evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B and phenol.3h illumination for rhodamine B under the visible light, the degradation rate was98.1%,5h illumination of phenol under the visible light, it was58.13%, besides the photocatalytic activity of C/N-Ti-O2prepared by ethanol were more effective.(2) The Preparation and TheSelf-cleaning Performance of Solar Light of TiO2/SiO2Aerogel/Fiber Composite Photocatalytic Materials:SiO2aerogel was modified by APTMS, and the corresponding water dispersion made, then the fabric loaded with modified SiO2aerogel by conventional padding drying method process. According to the same method, the fabric loaded with modified nanosized TiO2, so the TiO2/SiO2aerogel/fiber composite photocatalyst were made. The UV protective properties of the composite photocatalysts had studied; The influence of breaking strength of the composite photocatalyst to the fabric had researched; and the self-cleaning effect and reusable performance of the ternary composite photocatalytic materials had mainly discussed. It was found that the Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of the cotton fabrics loaded with N-TiO2and N-TiO2/SiO2aerogel were more than50, which was the excelle-nt UV protection level. The self-cleaning performance of the finished fabrics under solar light were evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B. It was found that the cotton fabr-ics loaded with N-TiO2and N-TiO2/SiO2aerogel had excellent self-cleaning property. Especially the color of the cotton fabrics loaded with N-TiO2/SiO2aerogel were faded completely under solar light after4hours. Moreover the self-cleaning performance were still good after repeat10times. But the warp and weft strength of the cotton fabrics loaded with N-TiO2decreased after illumination24h, and the cotton fabrics loaded with N-TiO2/SiO2aerogel basically remain unchanged.
