In the recent ten years, the development of exploding in fractures technology has provided a new technology for development of low permeable oil fields, the main principle is detonated liquid powder under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, and carries on the REDOX reaction between components, generating high pressure detonation shock wave, the use of the impact of the shock wave broken rock, generating cracks, and extend micro cracks, communicate formation original cracks, form a new cracks system under the action of gas explosion, It has low cost, good fracturing effect, short construction time, low equipment requirements etc. The exploding in fractures technology has been achieved in the formation detonated safely within2-5mm the hydraulic fracture.For technical problems such as difficult and high cost in low permeability oilfield development in our country at present, the paper consider the process design of deep explode in fractures in low permeability reservoir, its purpose is to study how to use the exploding in fractures technology to transform the construction technology of low permeability reservoir, This paper mainly study using tip screenout fracturing technology to produce enough wide crack that make sure energy release of liquid powder. And analysis of the main components of the liquid powder, and optional spacer fluid, combined the liquid powder with spacer fluid through a large number of trials, The in-depth study of detonation ignition process, to ensure that of low permeability to effective security implementation. And through calculation and analysis of the ZhongYuan oilfield W-22exploding in fractures process, design a set of perfect construction process of exploding in fractures, it laid a solid foundation for further carry out liquid powder Exploding in fractures technology in low permeability oilfield application.
