The catalytic cracking of crude oil can be made by the Catalytic Aquathermolysistechnology which have the effects of reducing the crude oil’s viscosity. The CatalyticAquathermolysis technology has been applied in the steam stimulation and the effect isobvious. But the technology has not been applied in the steam drive yet. So the study of steamdirve which consider the impacts of the Catalytic Aquathermolysis is almost none. The lack ofdynamic mechanism of the complex technology is one of the key facters of constrainting thespread and application of the technology. Therefore, in the paper, basing on the study of the basic pirnciples and applications of theCatalytic Aquathermolysis technology, the possibility of steam drive with the CatalyticAquathermolysis technology has been put forward and some indoor dynamic expeirments hasbeen done to verify this possibility and study the effects of different dynamic experimentalsituation. Then the distirbution of one-dimensional steam flooding temperature ifeld has beenstudied in the paper. According to the temperature range determined by the temperaturedistribution law, many indoor experiments of the Catalytic Aquathermolysis has been done inthe paper. According to the expeirmental data, the crude oil’s viscosity-temperature modelequation of consideirng the impacts of the Catalytic Aquathermolysis has been established inthe paper. As a kind of auxiliary equation, the viscosity-temperature model equation has beenput into the mature one-dimensional model of steam lfooding. By the numerical simulationcalculation, the contrast of the development effects of the steam drive alone and the steamdirve assisted with Catalytic Aquathermolysis have been studied. The results show that thetechnology of the steam dirve assisted with Catalytic Aquathermolysis can effectively delaythe time of occurring gas channeling and enhance oil recovery. Through the paper’s study, thecognition of the dynamic mechanism of the steam drive assisted with CatalyticAquathermolysis can be improved and the further applications of the complex technology canalso be promoted.
