Superalloy718mateirals (domestic similar GH4169) is a nickel-base superailoy.lt has agood anti-fatigue, anti-radiation,corrosion resistance and weldability, Having a high oxidationresistance at1000°C or less and having a high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strengthand rupture strength at700°C or less,it has greater stress and long-term use at600to1000°Coxidation and gas corrosion conditions,stable chemical performance at low temperatures.High-temperature alloy718mateiral has excellent performance, used in the manufacture of oilwell logging instrument manufacture aviation, ships and industiral gas turbines turbine blades,theguide blades,turbine disk, high-pressure compressor disk and the combustion chamber and otherhigh temperature components.In recent years, as to continue to expand its scope of application, it machining requirementsalso require a higher, High-temperature alloy718mateirals are diiffcult to machine mateirals,Deep-hole drilling is more diiffcult than the other processing. So there is a few works inresearching deep-hole dirlling Superalloy718and data is lack (reasonable blade mateiral, toolgeometry and dirlling dosage), Combined with the deep hole processing with respect to the otherprocessing methods cutting conditions, these factors are restircting the use and development ofthis ifne mateiral. This paper studies the high-temperature alloy718mateiral superfine long deephole dirlling technology, Firstly,the analysis of the high-temperature alloy718material cuttingperformance basis, the choice of the BTA system for dirlling systems, and design tool suitable forprocessing the test material size parameters. Then analyzed and compared to the commonly usedtool mateiral performance.Finally, the test selected the most suitable for deep-hole drillinghigh-temperature alloy718mateiral blade mateiral and reasonable cutting parameters, analysis ofultra-fine, deep hole dirlling nickel-base superalloy718drilling mechanism.The results has important reference value for superalloy718Ultrafine long deep holedirlling tools and process design,At the same time,718Ultraifne long deep hole machining ofnickel-based superalloy will promote the application of certain role in promoting.
