Falling film evaporator is a highly efficient evaporator developed in the late19th century. with low flow, small temperature difference, high heat transfer coefficient, high heat flux density, small power consumption and other unique advantages, in the chemical, energy, aerospace, petroleum, refrigeration, electronics and many other industries it has been widely used.Glycol reboiler section refined using a falling film structure, is an advanced technology, and it also is the future trends. Through access to the extensive literature reference, in-depth understanding of falling film reboiler tube falling film flow principles and falling film evaporator heat transfer calculations to one refining section of the Ministry of Chemical glycol reboiler transformation as the background, conduct new falling film reboiler energy saving. Collate a falling film reboiler design model, and designed one new and efficient falling film reboiler; and were carried out with the necessary technology to its calculations, mechanical calculations and thermodynamic calculations. Finally, falling film reboiler applications in engineering were summarized. |
