TS-1zeolite is typical environment friendly and green chemical process. But because of the high cost of raw material and the severe preparation conditions, has become a major obstacle in industrial application. Recent research mainly includes the search for substitutes of template agent, changes route of synthesis, the purpose is reduce the production cost of TS-1zeolite, optimize the preparation process, so that it can be rapidly applied in industrial production.This paper adopts high-pressure crystallization to synthesis of TS-1zeolite, and characterizes structure and performance of TS-1zeolite by XRD diffraction FT-IR spectra and phenol hydroxylation probe experiment, Under high pressure to study systematically crystallization pressure, the amount of template agent,structure crystallization time on the catalytic activity and of TS-1zeolite. Under the optimized conditions, the initial pressure of2.0Mpa, the amount of template is TPAOH/SiO2=0.15, crystallization time of24h, crystallization temperature of383K, molar ratio of TiO2/SiO2is0.021, you can create a TS-1molecular sieve with high activity, the cost of production is greatly reduced.The high activity of TS-1zeolite use for toluene hydroxylation, effects of toluene hydroxylation reaction factors is studied. Under the optimized conditions, the toluene conversion reach15.5%, the effective utilization rate of hydrogen peroxide reach75.5%, diphenol selectivity reach99.5%. At the same time the life test of the catalyst in the reactor is run; the catalyst deactivation of the active regeneration, and tests of the regenerat catalyst activity, Provid the basis for the theoretical research and industrial application of titanium silicon molecular sieve.
