Shape memory alloys have the high power weight ratio, the driving ability, taking up little space and so on. It is suitable for driving some of the micro-pump. The paper takes memory alloy for the study background and proposed the concept of the fence memory alloy plate, using fence memory alloy plate for the drive, driving valveless micropump.The paper summarizes following work the basis of the relevant researching home and abroad. It proposes the concept of the fence memory alloy plate, based on shape memory alloy constitutive relation and the beam deflection deformation, deriving the constitutive model, receiving the constitutive relation of stress, strain and temperature. Then doing the parameters of the model experiment, through the memory alloy characteristic parameters of experiment, we obtains the different temperature elastic modulus, stress influence coefficient, memory alloy phase transition temperature model characteristic parameters. Designing to measure the fence type memory alloy constitutive model of data experiment device, this device can measure temperature and deformation of the memory alloy relationship, through the high-speed camera and single-chip microcomputer control get experimental data model of the evaluation has been derived. On the basis, the efficiency analyzed by simulation of wind speed on the fence memory alloy plate. For no valve pump in the study, the paper improved valveless pump mouth, and the simulation analysis the speed, the pressure, and flow field, realize the micro pump efficiency is the optimization.
