Integrating the comprehensive management and renovation project of dust pollution ofInner Mongolia Datang International Xilinhaote Mining, it deeply researched the reasons ofserious dust pollution of feeder, and conducted a research about dust spread and migration’sregular pattern. In addition, taking a feeder on106belt in the underground passage of CoalHandling System for example, the article applied gas-solid two-phase flow theory, established areasonable numerical simulation model, and conducted calculation of approximate numericalsimulation about law of dissipation and concentration distribution to dust of the feeder, usinglarge-scale numerical simulation software. Then, according to dust characteristics measured dataand law of dust dissipation, we draft reasonable comprehensive management and renovationprogram of dust pollution, conducted a field construction, and achieved good and effectivegovernance results. The dust concentration in workplaces has been reduced to less than10mg/m3, meet national standards. Practice demonstrates that the dust-cleaning scheme is feasibleand effective dust removal method and worth learning and promotion, that sealing using gratedischarge chute and drawing dust using bag filter.
