The dye molecules has the features of stabilization and acid resistance. It will behealth hazard potential if it cannot be handled in time. Biological technology treatmentof industrial wastewater has the advantages of low operation cost, no second timepollution and is accord with the requirement of sustainable development strategy sinceit`s to seek a low carbon, low energy consumption, recycling processing mode. Seekingfor the organic matter degradation strains is the key to improve the biological treatmenteffect. The samples containing microbes is from specific polluted environment. Thesolution containing mixed dye to simulated printing and dyeing wastewater has complexcomponent. domestication and isolation of a strain of high efficiency dye decolorizationbacteria.Studies of the impact of its growth and decolorization factors include thenutritional components, temperature, pH, the degradation time. The experiment includeanalyzing the components of catabolite, then deduce the decolorization mechanism. The decolorizing microbe can growth and decolorization in culture media withglucose containing3%and ammonium salt of about0.4%. Little presence of phosphateand zinc, manganese, magnesium conditions advance its growth.At32°C,pH=7.5environment, it decolorize90%reactive dye within60h at the concentration of60mg/L,more than70%at80mg/L. According to the results of orthogonal test, the factors of thedecolorization rate influence size is: nitrogen source concentration>carbon sourceconcentration>phosphate concentration> trace element concentration> salinity; initialconcentration of dye solution>pH> decolorization decolorization temperature> culturetime> The initial microbe amount inoculum proportion. The decolorization microbe is mainly completed through biosorption. At low dyeconcentrations (less than50mg/L) situations, achieve complete decolorization, chemicalcomposition of decoloring solution and don’t dye containing blank in the fermentationbroth was basically consistent. Microbe sediment component analysis found that a largenumber of dye molecules. In addition, dead microbe adsorption capacity is weaker thanlive, therefore the adsorption process is mainly with the growth and metabolism ofbacteria.
