Laser welding technology has high accuracy, versatility, high efficiency, and therefore it has an important significance in the actual production. In fact, Researching in lase welding of stainless steel has an important value in use with the introduction of laser welding.Ln this paper, laser deep penetration welding and heat conduction welding need to research the mechanism interaction with laser-matter based system.By analytical determination and calculation derived the choice of parameters of the laser welding in stainless steel sheet. The experimental material has0.7mm302stainless steel and2mm304stainless steel. We adopted CNC YAG laser multifunction laser processing machine welding trials, systematic analysis weld penetration weld width effecting by the laser power, laser pulse width, laser frequency. Two-Factor Analysis examines is used for the laser parameters to weld penetration the significant nature interaction with weld width. The welded samples scanning electron microscopy finds out the metallographic changes of the welded joints, base metal, weld zone, the transition region metallurgical composition, and analyzes the process of changing reason.2mm welded samples of the orthogonal group doing the tensile properties of the testing thesis to the tensile strength of the reference amount of the optimized laser parameters, compares to the tensile strength of degrees and the ratio of depth to width dispatch, we can amount of optimization found both laser parametersoptimization of laser welding has consistency.
