Alcohol is important as industrial products in today’s social production and life, but alcohol wastewater has the features of high concentration, high water temperature and large amount. This project, with the design and construction under the premise of limited time, are all made of carbon steel materials on the basis of energy conservation. It uses two stage anaerobic and one stage aerobic wastewater treatment technology, with the design of advanced IC reactor in anaerobic stage and Carrousel3000oxidation ditch in aerobic stage. The first level of anaerobic organic loading is18kgCOD/(m3d), the secondary anaerobic organic loading is3.5kgCOD/(m3d), for oxidation ditch, it designs to be0.8kgCOD/(m3d). In the design process, considering a variety of ways of tail water reflux and raw water distribution is to ensure to achieve the best treatment effect. Engineering investment is42.37million, direct operational cost is4.6yuan per ton of water, wastewater to produce biogas is about7yuan per ton, the surplus is about3.4yuan per ton of water. After six months of operation, the system runs well, the COD removal efficiency is approximately95%in IC system, with more than96%in that of aerobic system, the total removal efficiency of COD was99.7%in the whole waste water system, and can remove the pollution of over300COD t/d, which beyond the design capacity of80COD t/d and can fully meet the processing requirements.
