A series of ZnO nanomaterials with different morphology have been synthesized by hydrothermal method and microwave-assistant respectively. In this thesis, with the help of various surfactants, ZnO nanomaterials with different morphology had been synthesized by the hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as raw materials; with the help of various precipitate, ZnO nanomaterials with different morphology had been synthesized by microwave-assistant method using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, C6H5O7Na3·2H2O and C6H12N4as raw materials. The influence of the reaction temperature, reaction time, reactivity concentration and variety of surfactants on the morphologies was investigated, and the process conditions were optimized. The microstructure, morphology and property of the as-products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). And the growth mechanism of the different morphology ZnO nanocrystal was preliminarily studied.The results show that flack ZnO, rodlike ZnO and flower ZnO were obtained respectively by using the surfactants of CTAB、SDBS、PVP-K90which was reacted at120℃for12hours by the hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as raw materials. The three kinds of different morphology of ZnO nanocrystals are all wurtzite structure and have the luminescent properties. The photoluminescence emission peak of flack ZnO nanomaterials is strongest comparatively. The growth mechanism of the three kinds of different morphology of ZnO nanocrystals was preliminarily studied.The influence of reaction time and reaction temperature on the morphologies of nanomaterials ZnO had been researched by hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2-6H2O and NaOH as raw materials and the TEA and SDBS as surfactants, the growth mechanism of ZnO crystal was preliminarily studied. The results show that the tapered rod ZnO were obtained respectively under the condition of100℃for8hours or120℃for12hours.The silk flower globular and the oblate spheroid ZnO nanomaterials was obtained by microwave-assistant method through the reaction of the precipitant of NaOH or NH3·H2O with the precursor of Zn3(C6H5O7)2obtained by microwave-assistant using C6H5O7Na3-2H2O, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and C6H12N4as raw materials. The optimal process conditions of the sheet piled, the rod, the flower, the tapered rod, the silk flower globular and the oblate spheroid ZnO nanomaterials were determined, and the growth mechanism of the different morphology ZnO crystal was preliminarily studied.
