With the enhanced awareness of environmental protection, the world will implementmore strict limits of fuel oil in the sulfur content of the new regulation, for the furtherdevelopment of low sulfur gasoline production technology has important significance.Adsorption desulfurization technology has the advantages of simple operation, convenient,fast, become at present is more concerned with the desulfurization technology. With theindustrialization of hydro desulfurization compared, the investment and operation costs canbe reduced by more than a half, and will not reduce the octane number of gasoline. But themain problem adsorbent sulfur capacity and high selectivity, so the most pressing problemis preparation of high performance of the adsorbent. Common materials include molecularsieve adsorption, activated carbon, metal oxide and composite metal oxides, clay. Metalorganic framework materials both have mesoporous materials’pore advantage and microp-orous materials’selective advantage, so in adsorption separation, gas storage, catalyst andphotoelectric magnetic materials and other fields have broad application prospects.Therefore, this paper attempts to use metal organic framework materials as adsorptiondesulfurization agent for adsorption desulfurization of gasoline, and get a better result. Themain contents of this paper are as follows:1. Zinc nitrate as metal source and1,3-two acetic acid imidazole ligands, by solventthermal synthesis of metal organic framework material Zn(C7H7N2O42, used XRD analysiswere employed to characterize, and the simulated oil static adsorption desulfurizationperformance evaluation. The preparation process of single factor test, study the differentsolvent thermal temperature, time and ratio of reactants material affected the adsorptionperformance,found the optimal preparation conditions in experimental range. Orthogonalexperiment results show that the temperature, solvent for metal organic frameworkmaterials adsorption performance impact is the biggest, followed by solvent thermaltemperature, small effect is solvent heating time, and the optimum synthesis conditions. 2. Through the classic acidification-ether extract prepared by four kinds ofheteropoly acid: H3PMo12O40, H3PW12O40, H6P2Mo18O62and H6P2W18O62. On this basis,prepared the four kinds of acid anions substituted Zn (C7H7N2O42anionic material,infrared spectroscopy the results showed: the product remains much acid of four peaksstructure, and the simulated oil static adsorption desulfurization performance evaluation.3. Via a solvothermal method to nickel nitrate as metal source,1,3-two acetic acidimidazole ligands were successfully prepared a series of metal organic frameworkmaterials, and the use of XRD characterization of the samples of the structure. By staticadsorption experiment of desulfurization, gas chromatographic determination of sulfurcontent methods for material adsorption properties were characterized by.4. Via a solvothermal method using cobalt nitrate as metal source,1,3-two aceticacid imidazole ligands were successfully prepared a series of metal organic frameworkmaterials, and the preparation of the reactant mole ratio, reaction temperature and solventthermal reaction time to do the optimization, and uses XRD to carry on the structuralcharacterization, study of different adsorbents adsorption properties changes.
