In this study, lipton green tea, lipton black tea and liyang white tea and the main components of tea were used to clear DEHP in mice and green tea was used to protect to reduce DEHP as follow:(1)The mice in the experimental groups were gavaged500,1000,1500and2000mg/L DEHP solution orally for seven days, while the control group were gavaged2%sucrose solution. After the exposure was over, the blood of all the mice was collected on the first, the second, the third, the fifth and the seventh day. The mice were sacrificed on the seventh day.(2)The mice in the experimental groups were gavaged1500mg/L DEHP solution orally for seven days. During the exposure, the first experimental group were free to drink water but the other experimental groups were free to drink1%,2%and3%lipton green water, lipton black tea and liyang white tea respectively. After the exposure was over, the blood of all the mice was collected on the first day and all the mice were sacrificed.(3)According the result of the second study, tea polyphenols, caffeine and theophylline were used in the third study. The mice in the experimental groups were gavaged1500mg/L DEHP solution orally for seven days. During the exposure, the first experimental group were free to drink water but the other experimental groups were free to drink3%lipton green tea,0.6%tea polyphenols,0.06%caffeine and0.001%theophylline respectively. After the exposure was over, the blood of all the mice was collected on the first day and all the mice were sacrificed. Remove liver and caculate liver organ coefficient. The blood was centrifuged for blood biochemische parameters and was detected by GC-MS.The result showed that:(1) During the seven days of collecting blood, the concentration of dehp on the first day was highest. With time flied, the concentration of dehp in serum of mice decreased. In short, the treatment group of1500mg/L was the hightest in other experimental groups on the first day. Thus1500mg/L was chosen the optimal concentration and the first day after axposing was chosen the best time to collect blood. (2) The results showed that lipton green tea, lipton black tea and liyang white tea can reduce DEHP concentration in serum of mice in different degrees, the effect of lipton green tea was better than lipton black tea and liyang white tea. With the increase of tea, the degree of decrease of DEHP concentration in serum of mice was larger. In all, the effect of3%lipton green tea reducing DEHP concentration in serum of mice was the best. In three kinds of tea, li yang white tea was the most effective. The result of the study on green tea prevention on DEHP intaking can’t indicate that the prevention of green tea on DEHP intaking works.(3) DEHP may cause damage on liver of mice in degree. Green tea, tea polyphenols, caffeine and theophylline might have no significant protective effect on liver damage induced by DEHP.Low doses of DEHP may not cause much damage on serum biochemical indicators in mice. Green tea, tea polyphenols, caffeine and theophylline might have no significant protective effect on serum biochemical indicators.Caffeine and theophylline might be seen as effective components in tea to reduce mice DEHP. However, the effect of3%green tea in reducing DEHP concentration in serum of mice was better than caffeine and theophylline. It suggested that other components inside the tea could reduce DEHP in mice.
