With the development of human society, science and technology, more and more people recognize the importance of the environment health to our human beings. As fourth energy compared to coal, oil natural gas, Agricultural waste has many advantages such as low sulfur and ash content, environmental friendly, low cost et al. Therefore, the rational use of agricultural waste is essential for our life and environment cleanation. The main way to solve the anaerobic waste pollution has good support fermentation; Preparation of biomass to produce feed. With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, Ningxia agricultural waste quantity increases year by year, planting and breeding only pay attention to the output of grain, meat, eggs, milk, to a large number of by-product abandon, produce serious environmental problems.Therefore, this paper selected several common agricultural waste of Ningxia through fermentation bacteria screening, Analyses the physical shape, preparation of compost good support, physical and chemical analysis of its shape and farm safety indicators, by arranging a field experiment to investigate the preparation of several organic fertilizer efficiency and the impact on soil fertility and the environment, growth and yield of vegetable quality, large-scale industrialization in order to provide a theoretical basis for the use of agricultural waste. The main results are as follows:1. Cellulose degrading bacteria selectionFrom the cow dung fertilized farmland of Yinchuan,Ningxia province town of Zhangzhen, as well as the Bacillus subtilis, rubbish, greenhouse soil and humus soil and Ningxia University outside the root of the tree leaves the mud in the channel screen to34strains of cellulolytic bacteria, by Congo red staining and pulp filter re-screening medium, identified6strains of cellulose decomposition, determination the activity of cellulase on it. The results show that, the strains of GP002and1-2-1cellulose degradation capacity of the strongest, resist high temperature of65℃, enzyme activity was210μ mol/(g·min) and196μ mol/(g·min), the number of bacteria was400000000/ml and100000000/ml respectively, and the preliminary determination of bacteria.2.Changes in the physicochemical properties of several agricultural waste aerobic fermentationThe potato starch residue and several kinds of livestock and poultry manure are used as the main raw materials, fermentation under aerobic conditions by inoculation of GP002and1-2-1activity of bacteria, so as to shorten the fermentation time, fermentation products for the purpose of improving the nutrient, the material temperature, organic matter, total N、P、K content and pH were determined, the results showed that: the the pile fermentation for4days the temperature reached55degrees, the maximum temperature of65℃, and the temperature maintained at45~65℃for11days,20days fermentation end, and the organic matter content of35%-46%, N、P、K nutrient in about4%, pH to maintain in8.5more or less.3. Application effects of several kinds of aerobic fermentation of organic fertilizer fieldPut several aerobic fermentation product into use of zucchini cultivation the exploration of several organic fertilizer on soil physical and chemical properties, soil enzyme activities and microbial flora of zucchini, biomass, quality and yield by regulation that results in soil and plant, and the content of metal elements, organic fertilizer: each has effectively improved the physical chemical properties of soil, bulk density decreased by11.1%, the treatment of cow dung density reduced by13%; the content of organic matter increased an average of20.5g/kg, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium increased0.28g/kg,1.89g/kg,26.15mg/kg,49.84mg/kg and205.3mg/kg; soil enzyme activity of various organic fertilizers to improve, Microbial flora, bacterial numbers increased significantly; promote the zucchini growth increased, yield increased an average of2833.75kg/667m2, significant accumulation of Cucurbita pepo soluble sugar, soluble solids, soluble protein, and reduce the accumulation of chemical fertilizer on fruit nitrate; Metal elements content in the highest chicken manure, and it not caused heavy metal pollution of soil and squash fruit.
