This first source of pollutants and common blanket cleaning process is studied,the source of contamination can be broadly divided into two categories: adhesivematerials such as resins, starch, and filling materials such as inorganic fillers, finefiber, for different pollutants to choose the right cleaning method for cleaning. Thecleaning method used was washed with a mechanical, chemical and enzymaticdetergent wash.Conventional cleaning methods blankets chemical and mechanical methods to usewith, you can get a better washing effect. In this paper, four chemical wash in thefactory case demonstrates the practical application of chemistry to the machinewashing operation, product quality and cost implications, but also pointed out thechemical wash inadequacies, the concentrated expression for the blankets andequipment damage and corrosion, operator safety, the cleaning effect and the use ofchemicals in the slurry role of other chemicals such as four aspects.Then papermaking felts for cleaning applications enzymatic techniques are studied.First explored by orthogonal test lipase and amylase in different process parametersunder blanket cleaning effect, to obtain the optimal solution enzymatic cleaningblankets. Experiments show that lipase and amylase dosage1000μ/g, temperature40℃, pH value close to neutral, best when washing time80min experimental results.Experimental studies also nonionic surfactants washing effect.In this paper, blankets pollutant deposition mechanism and lipase and amylase onblanket cleaning mechanism was discussed. Blanket deposition of pollutants causedby factors such as the use of cationic additives, water, air, mixed with the inorganicfiller and fluid shear stress and other aspects. Blanket deposition of contaminantsaffecting factors lipase stickies can damage the ester bond in the molecules into smallermolecules, while stickies deposition is not easy to assemble and, amylasedecomposed starch granules may be due to the role of formation of gelatinous materialexpansion, so that other resins and inorganic fillers, substances easy absorption andtogether.Small scale experiments in the laboratory based on the results, namely the biologicalenzyme washing line cleaning and downtime in a pilot.
