This paper made a Dihydro terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HMDnMH) capped polysiloxane, balanced by acid-catalyzed reaction, D4and hydrogen dual head for raw materials, under the premise of concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, synthesized under different conditions with different molecular weights of Dihydro terminated polydimethylsiloxane (HMDnMH) capped silicone, to find the most suitable conditions for the reaction:35℃reaction temperature,6h reaction time,1.5wt%of catalyst. And the different molecular weight products were FTIR,1H NMR, GPC, GC characterization, the hydrogen content of the main active chemical titration test.Synthesis of eugenol-modified silicone oil is divided into two parts, the first is to protect the phenolic hydroxyl group of eugenol by hexamethyl disilazane as protective agent, eugenol explored the optimum conditions for the protection of a phenolic hydroxyl group: HMDS slight excess of60HMDS was slowly added dropwise under℃eugenol, a holding temperature of95~105℃, the reaction time was4hours. Then under the Karstedt catalyst for hydrosilylation addition, explores the best conditions Hydrosilylation:None solvent,100℃reaction temperature,4h reaction time,10ppm catalyst. And synthesis of different molecular weight products were FTIR,1H NMR spectra.Eugenol is a modified silicone modified PC Eugenol-modified silicone oil having a hydroxy group and a PC in the twin-screw extruder to obtain a melt blend. Different molecular structure and eugenol-containing products were modified silicone1H NMR, GPC, SEM, MI, TGA, DSC, and mechanical properties. Two studies have shown that the material is melt blended dehydroxylation reaction occurs, the new generation of pure PC and PC having a particular group having a compatibility improve the thermal decomposition temperature of decomposition of the PC and the other mechanical properties without changing the under the premise of MI and low temperature impact performance greatly improved, so that it has better processing flow.
