| Heparin sodium pharmaceutical wastewater with high COD concentration, organic matter type complex, difficult to biodegrade has the same characteristics of other pharmaceutical wastewater. Usually, because of its special pharmaceutical technology, it has a high salt content which increases the difficulty of biodegradation of such pharmaceutical wastewater biodegradation.Taking heparin pharmaceutical wastewater as the research object, combining ozonation with aerobic biological treatment to deal with heparin sodium pharmaceutical wastewater, and do some comparative studies on the effect of heparin sodium pharmaceutical wastewater treatment by ozonation and catalytic ozonation. In order to further explore the ozone oxidation mechanism of organic matter in wastewater treatment, natural water was used as samples in this paper. The filtered water with ozonation was analyzed with TOC, UV254and fluorescence spectrophotometry to find the changes of types of organic matter.Experimental results show that ozonation combining with aerobic biological treatment can effectively reduce the concentration of organic matter in heparin pharmaceutical wastewater and ozonation can effectively increase its biodegradability.After1hour of reaction time, there was a reduction of COD concentration by ozonation alone and catalytic ozonation. The removal rate of COD reached23.0%by ozonation,30.21%with O3/CeO2,27.7%with O3/FeOOH and43.5%with hydrogen peroxide catalytic ozonation with molar ratio of0.5:1.After eight hours aeration using aerobic biological treatment, COD removal rate of wastewater further increased. The removal rate of COD reached51.8%by ozonation,61.34%with O3/CeO2,48.34%with O3/FeOOH and64.6%with hydrogen peroxide catalytic ozonation with molar ratio of0.5:1. Contrast with wastewater only treated by aerobic biological treatment, COD removal rate was only33.4%. Further explore the mechanism of ozonation of organic matter, ozone oxidation can effectively remove dissolved and suspended organic matter in water, especially aromatic and conjugated double bond structure of organic matter. while in EEM,ozonation could oxide A, B and C groups. |
