Study On The Comprehensive Utilization Of Furfural Extract Oil

The furfural extraction oil is a byproduct of lubricating oil. The applied research carried out according to its characteristics, which can realize the efficient use of resources and enterprise benefit. The furfural extraction Oil in Gaoqiao Petrochemical corporation carried out the research in the production of rubber filling oil, modified asphalt compatibilizer, needle coke raw material.Research results show that, the positive process for the production of furfural extract oil, wax content is high, high aromatic content but aromatic carbon rate is low, not easy to directly as a high value-added use of raw materials. Through the use of N-methyl pyrrolidone pretreatment to remove part of saturated hydrocarbon components, the furfural extraction oil can be used as the production of low-end rubber filling oil and modified asphalt compatibilizer for raw materials. Through the use of DMF dewaxing after pretreatment, the furfural extraction oilcan be used as feedstock for production of needle coke, needle coke with the domestic and foreign similar products performance preparation to close. Economic benefit analysis showed that furfural extract oil, deep processing and utilization efficiency is very significant.
