Combining the Characteristics of a wide range of chemical products which leads to chemical wastewater with low C/N, high ammonia concentrations, less available organic carbon and more toxic and hazardous pollutants, thesis intends to use two-level (multi-level) A/O process system to wastewater treatment. Meanwhile, a small two-level laboratories A/O process systems and biofilm experiments were compared and studied. And verify the effects of high nitrogen wastewater treatment of the A/O process and improved A/O process and to explore related ways to optimize the A/O process through the system.Studies have shown that, Because chemical wastewater C/N is too low, it takes external carbon source. Research and application examples show that methanol is the ideal external carbon source. Two (multi-level) A/O process systems are gradually replacing the traditional A/O technology is widely used in chemical nitrogen biological wastewater treatment, in the case of stable operation, NH3-N and TN removal rate can reach85%or more. However, in actual operation, the staffs Incorrect operation, wastewater quality and quantity fluctuations, lack of effective measures of carbon source adding. In mixing carbon source can’t timely and wastewater and other reasons, cause the system effluent is fluctuated, meet with high pollution load impact drainage standard cannot be stable.Combined with the two-stage A/O process of biofilm process, to some exten can effectively intercept with structures of functional microbes. That can make the most of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria were retained in the aerobic and anaerobic environment, effectively shorten the hydraulic retention time stop. Two stage biofilm A/O process system can be started in A short time, compared with the two level A/O technology system, startup time faster. Complete a degree of stability in the biofilm carrier, the treatment is relatively stable, t the same time, NH3-N and TN removal rate can be over90%and over a range of relatively high. A multi-stage A/O process+biofilm process is an effective optimization method. But in practice we need to consider the related factors of species characteristics, waste water fillers and carriers and filling ratio. We can design improvement process with engineering example and the greatest degree. But hanging membrane by aeration and stirring intensity.
