Surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect is widely used in various fields of biological detection, environmental monitoring and materials analysis. How to prepare a substrate which has a good surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect becomes a research hotspot in recent years, we use electrochemical deposition on FTO conductive glass substrate deposition of nano-silver. By controlling the type of stabilizer, stabilizer concentration, deposition voltage and deposition time can be obtained with different morphologies of nano-silver. We use silver nitrate as silver nanoparticles precursor, the precursor concentration is0.001mol·L-1, sodium citrate as stabilizer, stabilizer concentration of0.001mol·L-1, deposition voltage of0.5V, the deposition time was30min, leaf-shaped nano-silver base can be prepared.Different shapes of nano-silver base are prepared by electrochemical deposition, and they make the characteristic Raman peaks of Rhodamine B significantly enhanced and observable, wherein the surface enhanced Raman effect size is arranged as follows:leaf-shaped nano-silver> class spherical nano-silver> rectangular nano-silver> dendritic nano-silver> irregularly shaped nano-silver> no enhancement. The nano-silver leaf-shaped base can be used to detect effectively of Rhodamine B, for concentrations as low as1.0×10-8mol·L-1.Raman spectroscopy study of the effects of different processing methods for crystallinity PMMA, PMMA has found a solution for processing higher crystallinity than the melt processing of PMMA, besides, in the process of improving the crystallization rate, it also has a big change occurred in the Raman spectrum. The PP/PMMA polymer blend are prepared by an open roll method. We use Raman mapping to study the compatibility of PP/PMMA, use scanning electron microscopy to observe the impact fracture surface of the blend and study the compatibility of between the polymer PP and polymer PMMA. We found that the interface of the phase is very clear in the polymer blend of PMMA and PP, therefore, PP is incompatible with PMMA.
