With the fast development of modern industry, the requirement for CNC machine tools’control precision and performance during industry production becomes more and more strictly. What’s more, with improvement of CNC machine tools’structure, changing of running environment, The presence of nonlinearities&environmental disturbance those factors, traditional PID controller wouldn’t meet industrial production gradually. That’s why we are trying to use some fastest and intelligent control methods in industrial, those methods grow very fast in recent years.Recently, Fuzzy control theory is becoming more perfect, and it has become a most mature and productive branch in the field of intelligent control. With the development and application requirement of intelligent PID, fuzzy PID has played more and more important role and it’s popular by the majority of researcher, as the field of intelligent control theory and practice is one of the most mature technology application. Based on above explain, this topic is researching the application of fuzzy PID, according to PCB drilling rig in CNC machine tools. Designed suitable the fuzzy PID control of PCB drilling rig, through simulation of MATLAB and platform experiment, Verify the feasibility and superiority of this subject and achieved the expected effects. This topic finished mainly the followings:1. Introduced the background of researching; analyzed the importance of PID parameter self-tuning; Introduced several kinds of fuzzy PID control strategy; compared and analyzed the application status and development trend of fuzzy controller at home and abroad. Established the importance significance of high speed PCB rig fuzzy PID control.2. Analyzed the overall structure and important performance requirement of high speed PCB drilling system. And emphatically analyzed the composition and working principle of PCB drilling machine motion control system. 3. Planned and analyzed overall design process and structure of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. And analyzed and designed for each module’s principle and details.4. Designed for hardware and software of Fuzzy PID controller; Introduced the mainly selected DSP chip and FPGA chip; Designed overall structure of hardware and each main module circuit; introduced the development process of DSP; Designed overall structure of software and main software module.5. MATLAB simulation for fuzzy PID controller and test for drilling rig. Mainly including design and simulation for Simulink simulation module. Comparing with common PID control and fuzzy PID controller to control the experimental results. Testing for machine, viewing test results, comparing controlling effect with former controller.
