The magnesium alloy.tubes would be the.potential industrial structures in the future. This paper mainly studied the AZ80magnesium alloy tubes extrusion bending forming technology. The results would provide references and consultations to the further development and applications of the magnesium alloy tubes.In this paper, tubes bending forming technology are introduced on the basis of a lot of reading literature. This paper theoretical analysis on the stress state and the stress and strain state of tubes bending forming process, analyzes the main quality parameters of tubes bending forming, puts forward the common defects and the prevention measures of tubes push bending forming process.Magnesium alloy tubes without mandrel push bending forming numerical simulation is studied by using the FEM simulation software Deform. It analyses and compares the quality of magnesium alloy tubes bending forming for the different material and different structural parameters, analyses the impact of temperature, friction coefficient, thickness to diameter ratio on the tubes push bending forming quality, analyses the change rule of the extrusion force, equivalent stress, equivalent strain and metal flow velocity, etc for magnesium alloy push bending tube forming during the process of simulation. Comparison between simulation results and theoretical results, obtained on the forming quality and forming regularity of the two is consistent.Verified by the FEM simulation software Deform analysis, the magnesium alloy tubes push bending and forming die structure is reasonable, and design and manufacture the pushbending and forming die. Process experiment was carried out to verify the magnesium alloytubes push bending forming process of different degree of instability, the experimental resultsand simulation results are identical with each other. But in order to further improve theaccuracy requirement of the magnesium alloy tubes used, can be used to add the mandrelprocess measures to bending or rectify forming shape lately.
